我国呼吸系统疾病药物经济学研究方法学质量评价

Methodological Quality Assessment of Pharmacoeconomics Research of Diseases of The Respiratory System Published in China

目的:评价我国呼吸系统疾病经济学研究的方法学质量。方法:计算机检索四大中文数据库,收集我国呼吸系统疾病经济学研究,根据卫生经济学研究质量评价(QHES)量表单独进行报告质量评价,将评价结果由第三方录入Excel表格,利用Meta Analyst 3.13和RevMan 5.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:最终纳入77篇呼吸系统疾病经济学研究。从发表时间来看,2003年之后发表数量逐年增加,96.1%的研究由医院独立完成,13.0%的研究发表在CSCD收录的期刊上。纳入研究总得分为64.60±4.86,方法学质量评分为一般。分层分析显示,在发表时间、期刊级别和作者单位性质方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:我国呼吸系统疾病经济学研究方法学质量整体较低,突出表现在研究中潜在偏倚、亚组人群和资金资助等的报告上,未来研究应严格遵守QHES量表报告方法学部分。

Objective： To assess the quality of economics research of respiratory systes diseases in China and compare with the foreign study.Methods： An electronic literature search of all related studies from inception to Dec 2012 was conducted using CBM,CNKI,WANFANG,VIP. Using the following search terms ＂cost, cost effective, cost benefit, cost utility, respiratory diseases＂ in the title and keywords. Two reviewers independently assessed the quality by the Quality of Health Economic Studies （QHES） and extracted related details. The Meta Analyst 3.13 and RevMan 5.0 were used to analysis the related data.Results： 77 studies were identified and analyzed, the frequency of studies were found to increase during 1999~2012. 96.1%studies were performed by doctor in hospital, 13.0% studies were published in CSCD database. the total score of included studies was 64.60±4.86,the quality was moderate, the subgroup analysis showed that there were no difference in publish time, level of journals and institutions（P＜0.05）.Conclusion： The methodological quality of diseases of the respiratory system overall was low, especially in the bias of study, the subgroup and funding, we recommend that researchers could use the QHES instrument to evaluate our quality utilizing.
