摘要
正当性就是在道德上被证成。由于波普坚持事实与价值两分的"二元论",波普"开放社会"的证成性就成为问题,即不能以设定某种外在目的的方式来论证"开放社会"的合理。波普"开放社会"理论是其批判理性主义在社会政治领域的逻辑引申,并以非道德评价的方式来论证"开放社会"的正当性。波普的批判理性主义的实质依然是信仰,"开放社会"本身就是一种价值选择的结果,波普论证"开放社会"的正当性也只能诉诸外在的目的与自身的效用,这就意味着被其所批判的功利主义的"效果原则"依然构成波普"开放社会"的正当性依据。
Normally in the political philosophy ,legitimacy refers to moral justification .But according to Karl Popper's critical rationalism , its value and facts are dualistic . T hus in Popper's theories , the justification of open society goes to be a problem . As for this , Popper thought that the open society is the logic extension of his critical rationalism . Popper tried to justify the open society with non-moral method . T his paper points out that the essence of the critical rationalism is some kind of faith . T herefore , the open society is a sort of choice of value and has to be justified with his own effectiveness and extrinsic purposes . From this sense , Popper can be considered as a utilitarian .
