论社会工作的伦理承诺与伦理困境

The Ethical Dilemma of Social Work

一般认为,社会工作者在实践中会遇到诸多困境,伦理困境就是其一,这表现为社会工作者很难在诸多利益选项中择其优者,进而难以对案主进行有效干预。质言之,这种困境并不是伦理困境,而是基于利益博弈之上的策略选择问题。社会工作的伦理承诺应该理解为如何引导受助者去实现幸福生活,其伦理困境的主要内容是由利益问题的永恒性所牵涉出的社会工作(者)对利益问题的态度困境,其伦理困境的深层意蕴表现为在现代性条件下,实现幸福生活的伦理诉求与现代社会的基本特征以及人的存在方式之间的张力关系。

Generally speaking , social workers will encounter many obstacles in practice , one of these obstacles is ethical dilemma . It is hard for social workers to choose the advantages in many interest options thus to help the client effectively . This paper believes that this dilemma is not ethical dilemmas essentially but the strategy choice based on interest game . The ethical dimensionality of social work should be understood as how to guide recipients to achieve a happy life . Its ethical predicament contains the tension between the ethical demands and the characteristics of modern society and also the human existence under the conditions of modernity .
