摘要
发展民族地区幼儿教育的重点在于通过双语幼儿园特色化发展来提升幼儿园教育质量。通过对35所民族地区幼儿园园长的问卷调查与访谈,揭示影响民族地区幼儿园特色化发展的因素主要有:幼儿园双语教师数量不足、质量不高;幼儿园课程与教学不能科学反映民族文化;家园配合不够以及国家发展学前双语教育的政策落实不力等。因此,严把入口关,多层次培训双语教师,促进双语教师专业化发展;立足本地需要,开发园本课程,实施科学的双语教学;加大宣传力度,转变观念,提高家长对学前双语教育价值的认可;政府确立民族地区优先实施免费双语幼儿园建设等是促进民族地区幼儿园特色化发展的有效策略。
The development of the early childhood education in ethnic areas focuses on enhancing the quality of preschool education kindergarten through characteristic development. This paper, based on investigation of 35 kindergarten leaders, discussed the bilingual kindergarten teachers' shortage, and the poor quality. Besides, curriculum and teaching in kindergarten can not reflect the minority cultures, and cooperative education in kindergarten and at home is not enough. Therefore, the strategies should be implemented to promote characteristic development to improve the entrance criteria, to establish a multiple training system of bilingual teachers so as to promote teachers professional development, to develop kindergarten-based curriculum implementation of scientific bilingual teaching, to let parents recognize the value of preschool education, and to establish and implement free bilingual kindergarten education.
