农村老年人生活现状调查与思考——以延边朝鲜族自治州为例

Survey of the Present Living Conditions of the Elderly in Rural Areas and the Reflection——A case study of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture

人口老龄化问题是世界各国普遍关注的社会问题。随着我国经济水平和人民生活水平的不断提高,老年人口不断增加,逐步进入了老龄化社会,中国是世界上老年人口最多的国家。因此,以延边朝鲜族自治州为例,对老年人特别是对农村老年人的生活现状进行调查研究,分析存在的问题和原因,提出解决问题的对策,切实解决好农村的老年人老有所养、老有所乐,确保他们的生活质量,对农村经济发展、社会稳定和新农村建设具有重要的意义。

Aging problem is now a globally focused social issue. China has gradually become an aging society with the improvement of people＇s living standard. Therefore, it is necessa- ry to make an overall survey of the present living conditions of the elderly, esp. those in rural areas, to analyze problems and the causes, to propose countermeasures so as to en- sure their old-age care and living enjoyment. This will of great significance for the rural economic development, social stablity and construction of new rural areas.
