我国留学教育服务贸易逆差及治理对策研究

Study of the Deficit of Foreign-student Education Service Trade of China and the Countermeasures

在全球经济一体化和教育国际化的大背景下,留学教育服务贸易正成为新的经济增长点。我国是当今世界最大的留学贸易逆差国之一,在与发达国家的留学服务贸易中一直处于明显的劣势。我国留学教育服务贸易的逆差主要体现在人数逆差、留学费用逆差及人才外流等方面。因此,要提高整体贸易国际竞争力,增加教育投入,提升教育产品质量,实现教育的贸易化和产业化,来治理我国留学教育服务贸易逆差。

Low utilization of paper journals has become a common problem in libraries of u- niversities. How to improve the utilization is now a major task for the libraries to face. A questionnaire survey and bibliometric methods show that the utilization of the paper journals in the library of Harbin Institute of Technology, Weihai Branch is low, and the ＂recycling hosted model＂ will solve the problem. Meanwhile, to change the service concept, to inno- vate the service model and establish a highly-qualified team of information service are effec- tive measures to improve the utilization as well.
