中草药饲料添加剂对肉鸡生长性能的影响

Impact of Chinese herbal feed additives on growth performance of broilers

试验为了探讨加味四君子汤对肉鸡生长性能的影响,选择1日龄的肉鸡80只,随机分为4个处理组(试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组和对照组),每个处理设5个重复,每个重复4只鸡,基础日粮相同,在试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组的饮水中分别添加0.5%、1%、2%药剂,对照组不添加药物,试验为期42 d,以探讨复方中草药对肉鸡生长性能的影响。结果表明:在整个试验期内,在日增重和采食量方面,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且试验Ⅱ组优于试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。在料重比方面,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。加味四君子汤能够显著提高肉鸡的日采食量、日增重、降低料重比,其中添加1%时效果最佳。

To find out the impact of sijunzi decoction on growth performance of broilers, 80 broiler chickens born within one day were selected and divided into 4 groups at random： Test Group I, Test Group II, Test Group III and the Control Group, each treatment was repeated for 5 repetitions and 4 chickens were conducted with each repetition. With the same basic ration to each group, 0.5%, 1% and 2% of decoction was respectively added in the drinking water of Test Group I, Test Group II and Test Group III respectively, while no adding was taken to that of the Control Group. The test duration lasted for 42 days to find out the impact of compound Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance of broilers. The results showed that： during the test phase, Group I, Group II and Group III were obvi- ously superior to the Control Group （P〈0.05） in daily gain and feed intake, and Group II was better than Group I and Group Ill （P〈0.05）. In terms of F/G, Group I, Group II and Group III were obviously lower than the Control Group （P〈0.05）. Therefore, Sijunzi decoction can obviously promote daily feed intake and daily gain, as well as reduce F/G, and the dose of 1% can create the best performance.
