摘要
选9只体况良好,体重相近(41.3±1.2)kg,安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管、十二指肠瘘管、回肠瘘管的成都麻羊半同胞羯羊,随机分成3组,饲以稻草基础日粮,分别补饲25%(MSL25)、50%(MSL50)与75%(MSL75)的苜蓿(MSL),采用Co-EDTA为食糜标记物,测定消化道各部位(胃区、小肠与大肠)及整个消化道干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)与酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的流通量。结果为:①MSL25、MSL50与MSL75的十二指肠食糜、回肠食糜与直肠粪DM流通量分别为524.66 g/d、568.42 g/d与604.15 g/d,496.83、536.55与560.24 g/d,411.67、434.46与424.79 g/d;②MSL25、MSL50与MSL75的十二指肠食糜、回肠食糜与直肠粪OM流通量分别为434.73 g/d、469.22 g/d与507.86 g/d,411.02、441.41与468.97 g/d,336.29、350.45与346.46 g/d;③MSL25、MSL50与MSL75的十二指肠食糜、回肠食糜与直肠粪NDF流通量分别为300.36 g/d、336.66 g/d与329.58 g/d,289.58、327.62与314.38 g/d,267.91、303.13与278.17 g/d;④MSL25、MSL50与MSL75的十二指肠食糜、直肠粪ADF流通量分别为239.62 g/d、229.92 g/d与214.27 g/d,236.53、217.79与204.17 g/d。研究结果表明,在山羊稻草基础日粮中补饲50%的苜蓿,可增加十二指肠食糜ADF流通量。
Nine healthy Chengdu Ma wether goats with the same father, fitted with permanent cannulas in the rumen, at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum, were divided into three groups of three each of comparable age and weighted (41.3±1.2) kg randomly and fed the goat with the rice straw (RS) basic diets supplemented with 25% (MSL25), 50% (MSL50) and 75% (MSL75) alfalfa hay (Medicago sativa Linn, MSL) respectively for determining the nutrients digestibility in different segments of goat digestive tracts with Co-EDTA as markers. The results were: @The DM flow at duodenum, at ileum and at rectum for MSL25, MSL50 and MSL75 were 524.66 g/d, 568.42 g/d and 604.15 g/d, 496.83, 536.55, 560.24 g/d, 411.67, 434.46 and 424.79 g/d respectively; @The OM flow at duodenum, at ileum and at rectum for MSL25. MSL50 and MSL75 were 434.73 zJd, 469.22g/d and 507.86g/d, 411.02 g/d,441.41 g/d and 468.97 g/d, 336.29, 350.45 and 346.46 g/d respectively; (2)The NDF flow at duo- denum, at ileum and at rectum for MSL25, MSL50 and MSL75 were 300.36 g/d, 336.66 g/d and 329.58 g/d, 289.58 g/d, 327.62 g/d and 314.38g/d,267.91,303.13 and 278.17 g/d respec- tively; (3)The ADF flow at duodenum, at rectum for MSL25, MSL50 and MSL75 were 239.62 g/d,229.92 g/d and 214.27 g/d, 236.53, 217.79 and 204.17 g/d respectively. It is concluded that goats RS ba- sic diets supplemented with 50% MSL in this experiments could increase the ADF flow at duodenum.
