摘要
GB/T 13079—2006《饲料中总砷的测定》银盐法(仲裁法)画出的砷化氢发生装置,加锌口是直通发生器的磨砂塞子口,存在结构缺陷,不可避免有少部分砷丢失,致使检测结果偏低。GB/T5009.11—2003《食品中总砷及无机砷测定》银盐法画出的砷化氢发生装置加锌口都没有,直接从导气口加锌粒,结构缺陷更明显。重新设计并制作的密闭旋转型砷化氢发生装置,可确保不漏掉砷化氢气体,保证结果准确,又不污染空气,保护群众身体健康,且可续加锌,能够一次测定出饲料或食品中总砷及无机砷含量,节约试剂,节约时间。
The arsenide hydrogen generator of silver salt method(arbitration method), GBfF 13079-2006 ((The determination of total arsenic in the feed)), has a structure defee! for its zinc adding bottleneck is the frosted plug bottleneck of straight-through producer. It causes inevitable arsenic loss which leads to underestimation in test results. In GB/T 5009.11-2003 〈(The determination of total arsenic and inor- ganic arsenic in food )), the arsenide hydrogen generator of silver salt method has no zinc adding bottle- neck and zinc particles are put in directly through inlel guide which leads a more significant structure defect.This redesigned and built airtight rotary arsenide hydrogen generator can guarantee no leakage of arsenide hydrogen and the accuracy of the results. There won'l be any pollution in the air which protects the health of people. Boih reagents and time are saved because it can determine the total arse- nic and inorganic arsenic content of the feed or food only by once.
