摘要
针对某铜厂摆动液压马达结构的安全性问题,采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件中的静态结构分析模块对马达关键部件叶片强度进行协同计算分析通过Pro/E软件建立了摆动液压马达叶片的三维模型,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行应力与应变的有限元分析,确定叶片的应力分布和变形情况,旨在为叶片的进一步优化设计提供了可靠、高效的理论依据计算结果表明。
In accordance with the security problem of structural safety of rotary hydraulic actuators in some steel mill , the strength of the vanes is collaboratively simulated using static structure analysis modules in ANSYS Workbench package . The three dimensional model of the rotary hydraulic actuators vane is established with the Pro/E software ,meanwhile , finite element analysis of stress and strain is processed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench . The model analysis of the strength is carried out to obtain the distribution of equivalent stress and strain to provide a reliable and efficient theory for the further optimal design of the device vanes . The results show that the strength of vanes meets productive requirements .
