本文详细介绍了矩形空筒体零件压筋和翻边的多工序复合模的设计要点及模具结构模具是两道工序的有效复合并解决了工序中的工艺难点。生产效率和经济效益有明显提高。
This paper introduces in detail the design points and mold structure of multi-step compound die for rectangular hollow cylinder parts beading and flanging. Mould is the effective compound of two processes which can solve technology difficulties in the process and greatly increase production efficiency and economic benefits .
