指出了对模具制造这一典型项目管理过程进行风险识别、分析与处理的重要性及必要性,依据模具制造项目的工作流程对其进行了风险识别,详细说明了模具制造项目可能产生的风险种类和原因,并提出了常用的处理方案,为模具项目组长提供了决策依据。
This article indicates the importance and necessity to analyze and manage the risks of the manufacturing project on mold and dies , makes a risk analysis for it according to its workflow , demonstrates deliberately types of probable risks , theories and methods to estimate and evaluate them , which will help project manager to make a right decision .
