摘要
围墙是火力发电厂总平面设计内容之一,所涉及的范围主要有厂区围墙、屋外配电装置区围墙、变压器场地围墙、燃油区围墙、供氢站区围墙、氨区围墙。以往的规范性文件中有关火力发电厂围墙设计的规定比较单一和模糊,设计人员在围墙设计具体工作中查找相关规定过程较为繁琐,本文以《DL/T 5032—2005火力发电厂总图运输设计技术规程》为主要依据,共参考17种规范性文件,对比和梳理其中关于围墙所含区域的火灾危险性、耐火等级和围墙形式、高度的相关规定。以注重规范性文件中相关规定的现实工程意义为前提,以规范性文件的针对性优先、时间性优先和严格性优先为原则,分析相关规定的合理性,总结火力发电厂围墙高度及形式的设计数据,为设计人员提供比较合理的可借鉴的设计参考依据。
Wall is one of the general layout design contents for the thermal power plant, which mainly involves the factory walls, the walls of the power distribution unit area outside, transformer field walls, fuel area walls, hydrogen station walls and ammonia station walls. For the wall design rules in the formerly normative documents are relatively single and fuzzy, which usually puzzles the designers in the specific course for finding the relevant regulations, the thesis is based on DNT 5032--2005 The Design Technical Regulations of Thermal Power Plant for General Plan Transportation, referencing seventeen kinds of normative documents about wall design, contrasting and combing the fire risk, fire rating, wall form and wall height of the contain areas in the related regulations. It focuses on the relevant provisions in the normative documents on the premise of practical engineering significance, promotes the priority to the pertinence, timeliness and strictness of the normative documents as the principle, analyzes the rationality of the related regulations, sums up the design data of the wall height and form of the coal-fired power plant, and provides a widely reasonable designing basis for the designers.
