摘要
活塞组件驱动轮的磨损会影响自动机的可靠性,从而影响转管机枪的性能。通过对活塞组件进行受力分析以及可靠性分析,利用有限元软件建立了活塞组件的动力学模型,研究了驱动滚轮在前曲线槽内运动时的应力和应变状况,通过修改滚轮外径,仿真模拟了不同磨损量对机枪可靠性的影响。结果表明:通过对驱动滚轮发生不同程度磨损现象的仿真分析,磨损量较大时,驱动滚轮更容易发生应力集中现象,塑性应变也就越大。该仿真研究可为转管机枪的设计改进提供参考。
The abrasion of piston assembly driving wheel would have the effect on the reliability of auto-matic mechanism,thereby on the performances of Gatling machine gun.Through the force analysis and reliability analysis of the piston assembly,dynamics model of piston assembly was established with the help of finite element software to detailedly study the situation of stress and strain of driving wheel while they were moving in front crooked slot,and the influence of wheels’different abrasion loss on Gatling ma-chine gun reliability was simulated by means of modifying wheels'diameter.The results showed that through the simulation analysis of different abrasion loss of driving wheels,the larger the abrasion is,the more easily the stress concentration occurs,and the bigger the plastic strain is.This simulation study can provide reference for the design and improvement of Gatling machine gun.
