摘要
闭合弹带在自动机的射击过程中做间歇运动,自动机的启停对弹带产生较大的冲击作用。针对自动机射击中闭合弹带的运动特点,建立基于复杂铰连接的弹带阻力计算模型,进行弹带阻力仿真计算;采用多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn,建立弹带刚柔耦合仿真模型,将弹带阻力与托弹力作为仿真模型的输入激励导入RecurDyn中;通过MATLAB和RecurDyn仿真,获得弹带动力特性数据;并与试验数据进行对比分析,验证了仿真结果的有效性。仿真结果与试验数据可为闭合弹带的优化设计提供依据,对研究全炮动力学特性具有重要意义。
Intermittent motion of the closed shell belt was produced in artillery firing.Start-stop of auto-matic gun has brought great impact on the closed shell belt.The calculating model of belt drag was estab-lished by analyzing the movement characteristics of closed shell belt in artillery firing.The belt dray was calculated.Rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of closed shell belt was established in the Recurdyn software of multiple-rigid-body system.The data of the belt dray enter the rigid-flexible coupling simula-tion model of closed shell belt was and the dynamic characteristics of closed shell belt were obtained through co-simulation of Recurdyn and Matlab.The simulation results were effective by compared with experimental date.the results provided scientific basis for the closed shell belt optimize design and impor-tance purport for study on the dynamic characteristics of automatic gun.
