福建茶树种质的抗寒力鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 为了解福建茶树种质资源的抗寒性,应用电导率法、冰柜法、田间自然鉴定法和综合决策排序法对具代表性的福建34份茶树种质(品系)的抗寒力进行了初步鉴定。结果表明:不同低温对福建茶树种质(品系)寒冻害的影响极显著,气温达-6℃且持续3 h时,茶树轻微受害,-9℃时受害率达17.6%,-12℃时67.6%的茶树种质(品系)受害;福建茶树种质(品系)对低温的忍耐性和适应性总体存在较大的差异,其中地方种质的抗寒力差异大,杂交新品系的抗寒力多数介于两亲本之间,其忍受的临界低温大都小于-9℃,同属较抗寒类型,适宜在江南、华南茶区推广种植。 Aiming at understanding the cold resistance of tea gemplasms resources in Fujian Province, 34 tea germplasms was preliminarily indentified with electrical conductivity method, freezer method, natural field method and synthetic order preference method. The result showed that these tea germplasms were affected significantly during different low temperature. Slight damage temperature was -6℃. When air temperature was -9℃, 17.6% was observed from tea germplasms when air tea germplasms were froze injuredly. When air temperature was -12℃, 67.6% tea germplasms were froze injuredly. However, the result also showed that great differences of cold resistance of local tea germplasms was and adaptability were observed great different, but the c during 34 tea germplasms. The chilling resistance resistance of new hybrid lines was between two parents. Low critical temperature of tea germplasms was under-9℃. In conclusion, these tea belonging to more resistance to chilly type, were suitable to be planted in tea area in the south of River and the southern part of China. germplasms the Yangtze
