摘要
考虑到高压断路器的经济运行,给出了高压断路器经济寿命的概念,并结合全寿命周期成本理论,提出了一种基于全寿命周期成本的高压断路器经济寿命评估方法。分析了高压断路器全寿命周期成本的含义,并详细介绍了高压断路器初始投资成本、运行维护成本、故障成本、退役处置成本的概念及其组成。在综合考虑高压断路器各项成本的基础上,建立了以年均全寿命周期成本最小为目标函数的高压断路器经济寿命评估数学模型,进而通过求解基于全寿命周期成本的高压断路器剩余寿命评估模型得到高压断路器的剩余寿命。最后通过算例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
Considering the economic operation of high-voltage circuit breaker, the paper gives the concept of economic life of high voltage circuit breaker. Combined with the whole life cycle cost theory, this paper puts forward an economic life evaluation method of the high voltage circuit breaker. Then analyzes the concept of the life cycle cost of high voltage circuit breaker, and introduces initial investment cost, operation and maintenance cost, failure cost, retired disposal cost of the high voltage circuit breaker. And an economic life assessment model is established based on the minimiza- tion of annual full life cycle cost, considering various cost of the high voltage circuit breaker. The residual life of high voltage circuit breaker is obtained by solving the economic life assessment model based on annual full life cycle cost of the high voltage circuit breaker minimization. Finally, the validity and correctness of the presented method is shown though an example.
