摘要
为研究一种1AA型集装箱框架结构可靠性问题,运用ANSYS软件建立了集装箱结构的有限元分析模型。利用ANSYS软件的PDS模块将蒙特卡洛法和随机有限元法相结合,选择集装箱的载荷、弹性模量等各种设计参数作为随机输入变量,通过编制APDL命令流建立可靠性分析文件执行可靠性分析。得到了集装箱框架结构刚度可靠度数值和灵敏度值,并给出了各随机参数对集装箱框架结构可靠性的影响程度。分析结果表明,500次抽样模拟可以满足精度要求;在置信度为95%时,该集装箱框架结构的可靠度为99.76%,其中底部载荷对可靠性影响最大。
In order to study the reliability of a container, the finite element analysis model for the container frame is established. The ANSYS-PDS combines Monte-Carlo Method with the stochastic finite element method. A variety of design parameters of the container such as loads, elasticity modulus, are selected as random input variables. By compiling the APDL command-flow to create reliability analysis file, then make the reliability analysis for a container of 1AA. The container frame structure's stiffness reliability value and sensitivity value have been obtained. Besides, the influence of container's frame structure reliability of vari- ous parameters was inquired.
