摘要
当前发生的各种食品安全问题对生鲜农产品物流体系提出了更高的要求,人们对生鲜农产品的品质和安全要求考验着区域生鲜农产品物流能力。在界定生鲜农产品物流能力的基础上,从区域经济环境、区域物流供给、区域物流信息化和区域物流需求4个方面选取了10个指标来代表区域生鲜农产品的物流能力评价指标,构建了区域生鲜农产品物流能力综合评价指标体系。以湖北省16个城市为研究对象,结合相关统计数据,运用主成分分析法对其生鲜农产品物流能力进行了综合评价,依据各城市的主成分得分及排序,分析了各城市的生鲜农产品物流能力的发展水平,为政府决策提供相关的支持。
The current food safety problems put forward higher requirements on fresh agriculture product logistics system, the requirements of high fresh agricuhural product quality and safety verify the regional fresh agriculture product logistics capabilities. Based on defining logistics capabilities of fresh agriculture product, we select ten indicators from regional eeonomic environment, regional logistics supply. regional logistics information technology and regional logistics demand to represent logistics capability as- sessment indicators of regional fresh agriculture product, and then build logistics capability comprehensive evaluation index system of regional fresh agriculture product. Use 16 cities in Hubei province as example and combined with relevant statistical data, we apply principal component analysis to evaluate fresh agriculture product logistics capabilities. According to the city's main component scores and sorting, we analyze each city's development level of fresh agricuhure product logistics capability, which can put related support for government decision-making.
