文章分析了传统采购模式下研发型企业采购成本控制存在的问题,阐述了供应链关系下采购的重要作用,并在此基础上,研究了基于供应链的采购成本控制方法。

This paper analyses the problem of controlling the procurement costs about research and development enterprise in traditional model, then discusses the important role of procurement in supply chain. Finally, the methods of controlling the procurement costs based on supply chain are proposed.
