摘要 由于应急供应链系统自身的复杂性与所处环境的不确定性,在研究紧急供应链网络时应采用复杂系统的观点和方法,考虑供应链网络中各节点存在的问题及各因素间的相互作用。基于协同理论,并以响应延迟、周转时间、费用成本三者的最小化为目标,研究创建能够积极响应、适应性强、具有较高鲁棒性水平的紧急供应链网络。 Because of Ihe complexity of the emergency supply chain system and the uncertainly of environment, the complicated method anti systemalic viewpoint should be used in the researeh of the emergency supply chain network, and also the problems existing in the each node in the supply chain network and the interaction between different affecting factors should be considered too. Based on anti used the collaborative theory, the responsive delay, the cycle time, and the objective of minimizing the costs to create a positive respnnse, strong adaptability, and a high robustness level emergency snpply chain nelwork.
