摘要
为提高高校学报的整体质量 ,根据系统科学思想以及综合集成方法理论 ,提出高校学报集成管理的设想 。
In order to improve the quality of academic journals in universities and colleges, the integration management is put forward according to the idea of system science and the integration method. The characteristics and advantage of integration management on academic journals are reviewed in the article.
