防迁移整理对分散染料热迁移性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 随着聚酯纤维及其功能性涂层整理技术的快速发展,分散染料染色制品的耐溶剂迁移牢度下降问题日益突出。为解决涂层整理品中分散染料的热迁移问题,采用整理剂H-95和交联剂AM在涂层整理前先对涤/锦/棉混纺织物进行防迁移整理,研究防迁移剂、交联剂质量浓度对织物贴衬白度和沾色等级的影响,并分析和解决工厂放样中出现的问题。研究结果表明:防迁移整理能有效地改善涤/锦/棉混纺织物因分散染料的迁移性引起的问题,适宜的防迁移整理工艺参数为:防迁移剂H-95 100 g/L,交联剂AM 1 g/L,焙烘温度为175℃,时间3 min。 With the rapid development of polyester fiber and its functional coating finishing technology, the problem oi decrease of fastness to migration of solvent resistance of products dyed with disperse dyes is increasingly prominent. To solve the problem of fastness to thermal migration of disperse dyes in coating finishing products, finishing agent H-95 and cross-linking agent AM are used for anti-migration finishing of polyester/brocade/cotton blended fabrics first before coating finishing. This paper studies the irrfluence of mass concentration of anti-migration agent and cross-linking agent on accompanying whiteness and staining level of polyester fabrics and analyzes and solves the problem in factory lofting. The research result shows that anti-migration finishing can effectively improve problems of polyester/brocade/cotton blended fabrics caused by the migration of disperse dyes. Appropriate anti-migration finishing process parameters are: anti-migration agent H-95 100 g/L, cross-linking agent AM 1 g/L, baking temperature 175 ℃ and time 3 rain.
