On Marx's Fairness and Efficiency Conception

马克思没有用专门论述公平和效率的关系,但马克思主义对资本主义社会的剖析和对未来共产主义社会的构想贯穿着一个理念:生产资料公有制为基础统筹公平和效率,实现两者有机统一。这既是实现人的真正平等自由的必要手段,也是人类社会发展理想形态的科学内涵。

Marx didn＇ t mention the relation between fairness and efficiency, but Marxist analyzes on capitalism and its theoretical construction of the future communist society conveys the conception that public ownership of the production means is the basis to bal- ance fairness and efficiency. This is a necessary way to realize the true equality and freedom of human and also the scientific connota- tion of ideal development pattern of human.
