摘要
伴随着经济体制的转轨,我国城镇劳动力市场结构发生了一系列变化。本研究利用2006年"中国综合社会调查"数据对现存于我国城镇劳动力市场中的性别收入差异现象及其影响因素进行了检验与分析。研究发现,我国城镇劳动力市场中男性的收入高于女性,并证实了职业性别隔离的存在。同时,人力资本因素是解释性别收入差异的一个很重要的指标,但是对于社会资本与性别收入的关系还有待于进一步的分析和考量。
With the process of economic institution chang, China' s urban labor market has produced a series of change, with data of CGSS2006, this paper on the one hand examines the phenomenon of "gender difference of income", on the other hand analyses its influence factors. The findings show that, compared with females, males get a higher income, and the existence of Occupational gender segregation has been confirmed. Meanwhile the human capital factor plays a significant role in interoperating the "gender difference of income"; but still need further analysis on the relationship between social capital and "gender difference of income".
