摘要
参加专业学术会议是提高编辑业务素质的一条有效途径 ,编辑参加专业学术会议有 5点益处 :有助于选题、组稿 ;有助于发现审者和作者 ;有助于提高对文稿的鉴别力 ;有助于锻炼公关能力 ;有助于扩大期刊影响。影响编辑参加学术会议积极性和效果的 3个问题是 :工作忙 ,惰性心理 ,会期短与任务重的矛盾。提出了解决这些问题的办法。
Editors could get benefits from attending the academic conferences, such as finding high-quality papers and authors, expanding the influence of their journals and increasing the professional abilities. It is necessary for editors, especially young editors to find time to take part in the conferences.
