多模态外语视听教材《影视英语视听说》探索与运用 被引量:2

An exploration in Audio- video Foreign Language Textbooks with Multimodal Characteristics——Taking audio- visual English as an example

摘要 多模态话语理论的出现对于外语教学具有重要意义。本文结合笔者编写和使用《影视英语视听说》的实践,回顾总结具有多模态特点的视听教材的编写原则和特点,探讨外语教学如何实现多模态和多媒体的联系,以及如何运用多模态话语理论促进外语教学。结论指出外语视听教材的多模态化是发展趋势,以多媒体技术为支撑,以学生多模态感知为基础的多模态外语视听教学模式能够有效地促进外语教学。 Based on the compilation and the practice of the audio - video textbook, this paper illustrates the compiling principles and characteristics of compiling audio - visual textbooks. The paper also demonstrates how multimodal discourse theory can be em- ployed in foreign language teaching. It concludes that audio - video foreign language textbooks with muhimodal characteristics has e- merged as a trend and that the new model based on the multimedia technology and the application of the muhimodality in teaching can effectively improve foreign language teaching.
