摘要
目的探讨射频热凝术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 82例颈椎间盘突出症患者,在CT引导下经颈前气管鞘和血管鞘之间将射频电极穿刺到椎间隙靶点,接神经射频仪将靶点温度升高到90℃,治疗3个周期,每个治疗周期60s。结果该组患者治疗前后的VAS评分的改善差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),临床疗效优良率达86.5%。结论射频热凝靶点消融术是治疗颈椎间盘突出症的有效方法。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation (RT) in treating cervical intervertebral disc herniation (CIDH). Methods With the CT-guided RT, 82 patients with CIDH were treated by penetrating the radiofrequency electrode through between the tracheal sheath and vascular sheath to the targets in the intervertebral space, and the nerve radiofrequency device raised the temperature to 90℃ for 3 periods, 60 seconds in each period. Results VAS scores were significantly decreased after treatment, with the good and excellent rate being 86.5%. Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation and target ablation is an effective method for treating CIDH.
