阴道分泌物四联检法与显微镜检查联合检测的临床应用分析

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF COMBINING THE QUADRUPLE DETECTION WITH ROUTINE MICROSCOPE DETECTION OF VAGINAL SECRETIONS

目的探讨阴道分泌物四联检法和常规显微镜检查联合检测在诊断阴道感染中的临床应用。方法对妇科门诊1265例患者进行细菌性阴道病(BV)四联检测,同时进行显微镜检查。结果四联检测pH阳性率(pH>4.5)41.7%,过氧化氢试验阳性率24.6%,白细胞酯酶阳性率79.2%,唾液酸苷酶阳性率22.3%;显微镜检查线索细胞阳性率16.0%,真菌和滴虫的阳性率29.4%,乳酸杆菌阳性率41.5%,白细胞阳性率52.7%。BV合并真菌、滴虫的感染率分别是26.1%、12.9%。结论 BV四联检测操作简便、快速准确,联合显微镜检查可起到互补作用,显著提高阳性率。

Objective To explore the clinical application of the joint detection of vaginal secretions by quadruple detection and routine microscope detection. Methods 1265 cases of patients received detection of bacterial vaginosis（13V） by quadruple detection and routine microscope detection respectively. Results According to the quadruple detection, the pit positive rate was 41.7% （pH 〉 4.5）, the hydrogen peroxide positive rate was 2,~!. 60/~. the leukocyte esterase positive rate was 79.2%, and the neuraminidase positive rate was 22.3%. According to the rouline microscope detection, the clue cell positive rate was 16.0%, the positive rate of fungus and trichomonas was 29.4%, the lactic acid bacillus positive rate was 41.5%, and the： white blood cel, positive rate was 52. 7%. The infection rates of fungi with BV and the trichomonas crete 26. 1% and 12. 9% respectively. Conelusion Combining routine microscope detection and quadruple detection of BV has prow. to be simple, fast, accurate and complementary and can improve the detection of positive rate.
