电磁波定形原理与纯棉纱线定捻工艺探讨

摘要 采用电磁波加热的蒸纱方法,能够快速地消除纺织纤维的内应力,起到定捻的作用。与传统定捻方法相比,电磁波定捻方法具备自动化程度高、能耗小、蒸纱时间短,简单快速,占地面积小,以及可以有效缩短纺织企业的生产周期和降低积压成本等诸多优点,使纺织企业在实际生产中能及时地适应市场多品种、小批量、交货期短,适合现代纺织企业高速、高效、节能的发展目标。 Yarn steaming method with electromagnetic wave heating can rapidly relieve internal stress of textile fiber and have the function of set twist. Compared to traditional set twist method, electromagnetic wave set twist method has many advantages such as high degree of automation, low energy consumption, fast yarn steaming, simpleness and rapidness, small floor area and the ability of effectively shortening the production cycle of textile enterprises and reducing overstock cost. It allows textile enterprises to adapt to the market with multiple varieties, small batch and short time of delivery in time in practical production and meets fast, efficient and energy-saving development objectives of modern textile enterprises.
