This paper analyzes brand customers＇ special requirements for product style and quality of semi-worsted knitted yarn, briefly describes the application of pure wool, pure cashmere and blended yarns in knitted products and describes the optimization of raw materials, application of low-temperature dyeing technology and the optimization of process during carding and drafting according to raw material performance of special animal fiber so as to reduce fiber damage to the greatest extent and lay a good foundation for clear pattern, good body and full hand feeling of finished knitted sweater.
