摘要
针对多模数据卡终端WCDMA2100频段射频发射通路易出现二次谐波泄漏,引起通信质量下降的问题,通过在功率放大器输出端搭建一个具有低通滤波功能的T型LC匹配网络来实现二次谐波的抑制。在ADS2008软件下仿真S参数并对匹配网络进行优化,使得二倍频处的谐波分量在-44dB以下,同时主频带内的信号未被削弱。经过仿真和实测分析表明,此设计方法对二次谐波有良好的抑制作用,可用于解决谐波泄漏问题。
The second harmonic leakage of WCDMA2100 band radio frequency transmitting pas- sageway in the multi-mode data card terminal usually lead to a drop in the quality of communica- tion. A low-pass filtering function of T-type and LC-matching network connected to the power amplifier output terminal is designed in this paper in order to restrain the second harmonic. Simu- lation of the S parameter and optimization of the matching network are carried out by the ADS2008 software so that the harmonic component of double frequency signal is under --44 dB while the signal in the middle frequency band is not weakened.
