翻译质量的层次分析评估——以《螽斯》英译本为例

A Case study of English Versions of“Katydids”: TQA by Analytic Hierarchy Process

以归结主义方法论为基础,从翻译本体论的视角,尝试以层次分析法对翻译质量进行定性与定量相结合的质量评估。首先设定评估译文质量的指标因素,在具体到本文的案例古诗《螽斯》时,指标因素又细化为一系列小指标,逐一对译文的这些指标进行印象比较分析,然后用层次分析法对四个译本进行定量分析,在验证上文印象比较的客观度的基础上综合算出译文的质量等级。

Based on methodology of Reduction, this paper attempts to do TQA by Analytic Hierarchy Process from the perspective of translation ontology. First, criteria are set, which in the case of ＂Katydids＂, are presented as a set of detailed parameters to assess translation quality. Second, these parameters are analyze respectively on the basis of translation theory, and then a quantitative analysis of the four versions is made in question to work out the comprehensive quality ranks of them, and the qualitative analysis is also verified.
