西曲矿风氧化带下煤层安全开采技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对西曲矿综采工作面过风氧化带时存在的问题,采用超前移架、带压移架等措施,同时使用固安特化学注浆加固技术,对煤壁及顶板进行超前注浆,对破碎煤岩体进行快速有效地加固。通过使用自行研制的转载分煤器将矸渣、黄泥与煤分装、分运,解决了煤库振动筛堵塞等问题,保证了综采工作面的正常生产,提高了回收率,保证了煤质,取得了较好的经济效益,值得推广应用。 Aiming at the existing problems when fully mechanized working face cross the wind oxidized zone in Xiqu coal mine,using the measures of advance support,sliding advance of support and chemical grouting reinforce-ment realized quickly and efficiently reinforce to broken coal and rock.By using the self-developed point coal ma-chine,realized the yellow mud and coal transport separately.Solved the problems such as coal bunker vibrating screen blocking,ensured normal production of fully mechanized working face.Improved the recovery rate,ensured the coal quality,achieved good economic benefit,it was worthy to popularization and application.
