Analysis of the Social Responsibility of University Library in the Perspective of Stakeholder Theory

大学图书馆的社会责任有着差序化的结构和丰富的内容,并且指向具体的利益相关者。按照米切尔评分法,大学图书馆所涉及的利益相关者可分为三个层次,分别为确定性利益相关者、预期性利益相关者以及潜在性利益相关者,他们所负有的责任和义务,共同构成了大学图书馆的社会责任。履行大学图书馆的社会责任,就要面向不同层次的利益相关者采取有针对性的策略。

The social responsibility of university library has diversity - orderly structure and rich content, and points to the specific stakeholders. According to the Mitchell Score - based Approach the stakeholders in university library can be divided into three levels, namely the definitive stakeholders, expectant stakeholders and latent stakeholders, and the responsibilities and obligations they have jointly constitute the social responsibility of university library. To fulfill the social responsibilities of university library, we must take a targeted strategy to face and deal with different levels of stakeholders.
