摘要
影响酒店实习生的因素有很多,比如酒店、学校、学生等。本文主要从影响酒店实习生满意度的中介组织着手,通过对问卷调查的结果分析,找出影响实习生满意度的相关因素,并结合酒店实习生的现状,运用激励理论、沟通理论、需求层次理论,提出提高酒店实习生的满意度的建议。
There are many factors affecting the hotel interns, such as hotels, schools, students. This article mainly begins from the intermediary effect of hotel intern satisfaction, based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire, to identify factors affect interns satisfaction, and connecting with the present situation of the hotel interns, proceed from the intermediary organization, the use of incentive theory, communication theory, demand levels theory put forward constructive suggestions of improving the hotel interns satisfaction.
