摘要
从国家法律法规、雇主及女大学生求职者的视角分析"两性平等就业"内涵可以看出:国家层面上规定的"两性平等就业"只是一种应然的、理想的就业状况,而在实际的就业中,由于雇主和女大学生求职者所理解的"平等就业"概念在一定程度上与国家政策法规相违背,造成女大学生在就业市场上仍旧处于劣势地位,女性的合法权益得不到应有的保障。女大学生在就业中屡遭歧视,主要有三个方面的原因:一是国家政策法规缺乏可操作性、监管力度不强;二是雇主性别刻板意识强、间接歧视女性;三是女大学生法律意识弱、自我维权观念淡薄。因此,要解决就业中的性别歧视问题,还需要社会各方主体的共同努力。
From the perspectives of the national laws, the employers and the job hunters of female college students, the concept of " equal employment" is just an ideal employment situation. In fact, the understanding of "equal employment" between the employers and the job hunters of female undergraduates does not comply with the national policies and regulations to some extent, which leads to the inferior status of the female undergraduates in the job market and the lack of the guarantee of their legitimate rights and interests. The reasons for the discrimination of the female undergraduates in the job market are as follows: of the female undergraduates. Therefore, the joint efforts are badly needed to solve the problem of gender discrimination in employment.
