高职院校加强青年教师培养问题的探析——以漳州城市职业学院为例

Exploration and Analysis on Strengthening the Cultivation of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges: Taking Zhangzhou City University as an Example

高职院校在青年教师培养过程中还存在不少问题,如轻师德师风建设、轻能力与技术培养、轻锻炼和展现平台提供以及轻单位归属感和事业吸引力提升。以漳州城市职业学院为例,提出青年教师培养的对策,包括加强思想政治教育、加强师德师风建设、加强业务能力指导、加强平台建设以及树立以人为本思想,践行人文关怀理念。

At present, there are many problems in the cultivation of young teachers in higher vocational colleges. For example, colleges focus less on many aspects including young teachers＇ construction of professional ethics, young teachers＇ cultivation of abilities, provi- ding platforms for young teachers＇ development and improving sense of belonging and career attractiveness. Taking Zhangzhou City University as an example, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening ideological and political education, and teachers＇ professional ethics, improving professional abilities and construction of platforms, and establishing people-oriented thoughts, practicing humanistic care.
