浅谈高职院校选修课设置与管理的问题与对策

Discussion on the Design and Management of Elective Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校选修课是提高高职学生综合素质和促进个性发展的重要平台。目前,高职院校选修课设置和管理在课程定位、重视程度、考核机制、管理手段等方面存在着诸多问题,应从提高师生认识、扩大选课资源、完善规范制度、开展课程评估等方面着手,全面加强高职院校选修课的设置与管理。

Elective courses in higher vocational colleges provide an important platform to knprove students＇ comprehensive quality and their personality. At present, there are many problems existed in elective course setting, its management, attention＇, evaltation mechanism and management methods, etc. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the management of elective courses from aspects of improving teachers＇ and students＇ awareness, broadening course resource, perfecting regulations and rules, and carrying out course evaluation.
