Exploration and Practice of Professional Tutor System Implemented in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校实行专业导师制的育人模式是学生教育管理工作的有效路径。针对目前高职院校学生管理现状,提出实行专业导师制的必要性,通过高职院校专业导师制的实践探索,对项目实施过程中取得的成效和有待解决的问题进行系统分析。

Implementing professional tutor system in higher vocational colleges is an effective path of students education management. Ac- cording to the present situation of the student management in higher vocational colleges, this paper states the necessity of profes- sional tutor system, and analyzes the effects and the problems to be solved in the project implementation process.
