摘要
目的:研究六西格玛管理法在医院管理中的应用。方法:应用检索相关文献和查阅相关文章,阐述六西格玛管理法在国内外医院中的应用现状。结果:六西格玛管理法在国内外医院中均有不同程度的应用,国外医院已实施六西格玛管理法,而我国应用六西格玛管理法对医院的管理则处于起步阶段,目前只有少数医院在实施。结论:六西格玛管理法作为一种精细化管理理念和管理方法,在医院追求质量管理方面有其独到之处,能帮助医院提高管理水平,是未来医院管理发展的新理念。
Objective： To study the application of six sigma management in hospital, Methods： Through synthesis cooperative, the application of six sigma management in hospital at home and abroad was elucidated. Results： The six sigma management has been widely implemented in hospitals abroad, by contrast, it was still in beginning stage in China, and only a few hospitals were in implementation now. Conclusion： The six sigma management, as a kind of fine management concept and management method, has its unique properties in hospital excelence. It can help people improve hospital management level, and is a new bright spot in the future development of hospital management.
