Research on the management and practice of equipment in the modern operation room

目的:探讨对医院手术室设备的科学管理,探索科学、高效和安全地进行现代化手术室设备的管理方法。方法:从医院网络管理和制度建设两方面探讨现代化手术室设备管理;从医院人员职责、设备技能培训及考核机制等方面落实现代化手术室设备管理建设。结果:健全的手术室设备管理网络系统和制度使手术室管理更加规范化,提高了手术室医疗设备质量控制和安全监管的水平,充实了手术室设备管理内涵。结论:加强手术室医疗设备的管理,是提高医疗水平、保证手术安全顺利进行的前提,合理使用设备资源能够使患者受益,由此可带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

Objective： To explorehow to manage the equipments in the modem operation room in a scientific, efficient and safe way. Methods： This paper discusses key points of the equipment management in the modem operation room from two aspects of the management network and the system construction. Combined with the hospital practice, this paper elaborates the equipment management practice in the modem operation room from the aspects of personnel responsibilities, equipment trainings and assessment mechanisms. Results： Perfect equipment management network and system in the operation room make the management more standard, improving quality control of medical equipments and the level of safety supervision as well as enriching the equipment management connotation in the operation room. i2onclusion： Strengthening the equipment management in the modern operation room is the premise of improving the medical level and ensuring the safe and smooth operation .The rational use of equipment resources can improve the economic benefits of the hospital and the patients are the biggest beneficiaries, which could bring the enormous social benefits.
