摘要 海底管道中的悬跨段在波和流的联合作用下极容易发生疲劳和局部屈曲破坏.而悬空管道的长度是影响破坏的关键因素.本文针对管道悬空的允许长度,考虑涡激振动带来的疲劳损伤等情况,利用涡激振动响应模型和Miner疲劳累积损伤准则,分别从动态临界跨长,疲劳筛选临界跨长,疲劳损伤临界跨长和极限状态临界跨长四个方面进行计算.应用Matlab编制计算软件,进行实例计算,获得不同状态条件下海底管道允许悬跨长度,可为海底管道的设计与安全性的评估提供参考. The submarine pipeline spans are vulnerable to fatigue damage and local buckling damage over its design life period due to Vortex Induced Vibration(VIV) in waves and current.The span length is the key factor in affecting the damage of pipelines.In this paper,the response model of VIV and the miner fatigue accumulative damage criteria are used to calculate the allowable span length of free-spanning pipelines.Four kinds of calculation criteria are discussed including dynamic critical criteria,screening fatigue criteria,fatigue damage criteria and the ultimate state limit criteria.In the case calculation,the allowable length of free-spanning pipelines in different modes is calculated by means of computing program compiled by MATLAB.The contexts of this paper have strong practicability for the pipeline design and safety assessment work.
