杜怀棠教授运用小柴胡汤的证治规律研究

摘要 小柴胡汤源自仲景的《伤寒论》第96条,由柴胡、黄芩、人参、法半夏、生姜、大枣、甘草等7味药物组成,具有和解少阳的功用,主治伤寒少阳证。当代临床上对其应用远远超出了原方的使用范围,国家级名老中医杜怀棠教授善用小柴胡汤治疗以气机紊乱、枢机不利为主要病机的病证。笔者在长期跟师抄方中总结临床病例,通过本文的书写,意在阐明小柴胡汤可广泛应用于多器官多系统疾病,不必拘泥于古方特定证候。 Xiao Chaihu decoction originated from article ninety-sixth of Zhang zhongjing' Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease, It composed of Bupleurum, Seutellaria, Ginseng, Pinellia, ginger, jujube and licorice flavor drugs having the function of reconciliation Shaoyang. Nowadays, the range of its application in contemporary clinical was far beyond the original parties. The National old TCM Professor Du Huaitang made good use of Xiao Chaihu decoction to deal with the cardinal adverse pathogenesis syndrome. Author summarized the clinical cases according the writing of this article, intended to clarify Xiao Chaihu decoction could be widely used in the multi-system disease multiple organ, didn't have to stick to specific symptoms.
