Through long-term learning from teacher and recording, finishing, analysising clinical cases of Qiao Zhengang treatment of heart disease summed up the experience from the medication. And this article summarized the experience of Qiao Zhengang in treatment of severe heart disease patients. In treatment of severe heart disease, Qiao Zhengang emphasized the ＂pay attention totonic Qi＂, ＂widen chest Qi＂, ＂unbloeked blood＂ and ＂Onyang diuresis＂ four principles.
