基于投入产出法的河北省产业金融关系分析

The Relations between Industries and Finance in Hebei Province Based on the Input-Output Approach

产业资本与金融资本的融合是近年来在中国逐步出现的新的产业发展形态,是实体资本与虚拟资本有机结合的一种良好机制.在二者相结合的过程中,出现了产业资本进入金融领域以及金融企业涉足实体经营两种典型方式.无论采用何种方式,促进产融结合都有助于实现企业的多元化经营、打通融资壁垒、充分发挥金融资本优势等有利于社会整体的经济效果.本文利用2002 ～ 2007年间河北省投入产出核算的数据资料,在探讨河北省金融保险业与国民经济各行业的经济技术联系的基础上,试图分析河北省金融保险业对各个产业部门发展的制约性和辐射效应.

The integration of industrial capital and financial capital has become a new form of industry development in recent China. It is a good mechanism to combine real capital and virtual capital. In the process of integration, there have been two typical patterns-in- dustrial capital entering financial sector or financial enterprises involving in entity operations. No matter which pattern to be chosen, promoting the integration of industrial and financial capital benefits the whole economy in many ways such as achieving diversification, breaking up financing barriers, exerting the potential of financial capital. Based on the input-output accounting information of Hebei Province for 20022007, this paper discussed the economic technological relations of finance and insurance industry and other indus- tries, then tried to analyze the restrictions as well as radiation effect of finance and insurance industry.
