It is an eternal theme to improve the quality of teaching materials,and a perfect quality control system is an important guarantee to ensure the teaching materials quality. The paper uses the advanced comprehensive quality management theory and gives an introduction of IS09000 quality standard system to build a realistic, rational, advanced and practical construction quality of control system.
