中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网及其与自身免疫病关系的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 中性粒细胞是固有免疫系统的重要组成部分,是人体免疫系统最丰富的免疫细胞,构成了机体抵御病原体入侵的第一道防线.它防御方式有多种,其中最主要的就是吞噬、攻击和清除病原体.在2004年中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网（NETs）作为一种新的有效的抗菌途径被发现：一旦细菌侵入机体,中性粒细胞就会形成胞外网状结构,包埋限制细菌防止其扩散并形成区域高浓度抗菌物质将其迅速有效清除.
