摘要 榆林天然气处理厂凝结水回收装置在运行中凝结水回水温度过高。凝结水回收装置在高温水中长期运转,装置极易汽化,机泵故障频发,造成凝结水利用率低,污水处理量大等问题,严重影响水系统的正常运行。通过分析研究,进行数字化改造和工艺改造,解决现存问题,保证水系统安全平稳运行。 The backwater temperature of condensation recovery device is very high Ounng op-eration in Yulin natural gas processing plant. If condensation recovery device runs long-time in high temperature water, the device would be vaporizing and causes frequent pump trou-bles, lower condensation water utilization rate and too much waste water, which inevitably af-fect the normal operation of water treatment system. These existing problems could be solved after analysis, digitized reconstruction and technology improvement and correspondingly, smoothly running of water treatment system could be maintained.
