硫氰酸红霉素溶剂残留分析方法的探索

摘要 建立一种适合测定硫氰酸红霉素溶剂残留气相色谱分析方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,PEG-20M Agilent毛细管柱(1.0μm,0.53 mm×30 m),载气:氮气,检测器:氢火焰离子检测器,汽化室温度:200℃,色谱柱温度:80℃,检测器温度:250℃,柱流量:1.0 mL/min,顶空进样,用外标法计算结果。结果:色谱峰分离良好,丙酮残留的线性关系良好,R2=0.999 0,回收率为99.7%,重复性RSD为2.3%。结论:该法专属性强,能准确的对硫氰酸红霉素溶剂残留进行测定,结果可靠。 :Objective to establish a suitable for determination of erythromycin thiocyanate sol-vent residual gas chromatography analysis method. Methods using gas chromatography, PEG-20M Agilent capillary column (1.0 μm and 0.53 mm×30 m), carrier gas: nitrogen, de-tector: hydrogen flame ion detector, vaporizing chamber temperature: 200 ℃, chromatograph-ic column temperature: 80 %, detector temperature: 250 ℃, column flow: 1.0 mL/min, headspace sampling, calculation results by external standard method. Results the chromato-graphic peak separation is good, good linear relationship of acetone residue, R^2 = 0.999 0, the recovery rate was 99.7 %, the repeatability RSD was 2.3 %. Conclusion the method is specific, accurate of erythromycin thiocyanate solvent residue determination, the result is re- liable.
